All the things you love about PC-17 Honey Flux – its soft flowing look, how it interacts with other glazes, and how it accentuates texture on light and dark clays – now in six more colors. Food safe, lovely, fluid, and can be used alone or in conjunction with other Amaco glazes for endless creative options. Each Potters Choice Flux glaze has it’s own character and beauty.
MAYCO LIGHT AND DARK FLUX
Light Flux and Dark Flux are flowing glazes intended for use with other stoneware glazes to enhance movement, promote reactions and add interesting effects. Apply 2-3 coats under or over another mid-range glaze to bring about “hidden colors”.
Light Flux is a cream color with a slight translucency. Dark Flux is a semi-transparent brown. They are relatively stable when used alone, but can have some mobility if applied thick enough. Both Flux colors will influence the layered glazes in different ways to bring out unique colors.
